Founding Member Terms
These terms govern the Veritome Founding Members programme during our Founders/Beta phase. They add to — and do not replace — the Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy that apply to every Veritome subscription.
1. The founding offer
Founding Members lock in a lifetime discount of 30% off their chosen plan — the same rate whether they are billed annually or monthly — for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
The discount applies to the standard price in effect for your plan at each renewal. It is delivered as a permanent (Stripe forever) discount that rides your subscription across every renewal.
"For life" means for the lifetime of your subscription. If the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the founding rate may no longer be available (see section 5).
2. Eligibility and availability
The programme is limited to the first 100 organisations that enrol, subject to availability. Places are allocated in the order applications are completed, and the cap applies across both billing options combined. One founding place per organisation. We may close the programme, or change these terms for new applicants, at any time; changes do not affect members already enrolled.
3. Billing
You may choose annual or monthly billing at checkout. Annual plans are billed upfront for each 12-month term and receive the 30% lifetime discount; monthly plans are billed each month and receive the 30% lifetime discount. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are added at checkout. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
4. Changing plans and billing period
If you upgrade or downgrade, your founding discount continues to apply to the regular price of your new plan. If you switch billing period, the discount for the new period applies — 30% on annual billing, 30% on monthly billing — for the remaining life of the subscription.
5. Non-transferable
The founding rate is tied to your organisation and cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another organisation. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled and later restarted, the founding rate may no longer be available.
6. Beta status
Veritome is in a Founders/Beta phase. Founding Members get early access to the toolkit before general availability. Features may change, and some capabilities may be added, altered or removed as the product develops. Veritome provides informational compliance tools and does not provide legal advice.
7. Changes to standard pricing
We may change our standard prices from time to time. Your founding discount is always calculated as 30% off the standard annual price (annual billing) or 30% off the standard monthly price (monthly billing) then in effect for your plan.
8. General
These terms are additional to, and incorporate, the Subscription Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict on the specific subject of the founding discount, these Founding Member Terms prevail. They are governed by the laws of Ireland.
