Generate documents: five builders, one register
Every document your frameworks require has one editor, chosen by its kind — composed, prescribed, structured, policy or generated — and is produced from the obligation data you already entered, never typed twice.
Veritome turns an obligation from a blank page into a guided smart form, and turns your answers into the formal documents a regulator, an auditor or a customer recognises. The entry point is Documents — the register of every document you owe — and each row opens the one editor that kind of document has.
Smart forms first
An obligation with a form shows the fields the article expects, the article reference inline, and Aria on hand to draft a first pass. Answers auto-save about a second and a half after you stop typing; an obligation can be sent to an approver and sits at Awaiting approval until they confirm. The completed form feeds both the obligation's completion and every document composed from it.

A prescribed document opens in exactly one place: the declaration and the Annex VIII sheet in their Annex forms, reached from Documents or from the system. The two GPAI prescribed types with no bespoke form open in the composed editor — a working screen, never a stub.
Where a document is produced from
Composition reads the obligations that feed a document — classification details, checklist answers, form fields, risk records — and seeds only the fields that are genuinely empty, labelling the result as a composed draft. The Annex IV file, for instance, is a legal composite of Art. 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15, so each of its sections is the obligation that owns it: fill the risk-management section and the Art. 9 obligation is what you filled. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing you wrote by hand is overwritten.

What generation produces
A finished document is issued: its fingerprint is computed, it is minted as a Generated evidence record linked to the obligations it evidences, and a copy is kept in the append-only Issued archive with its retention class stamped at issue time — ten years for the Art. 18 documents, the current version with history for organisation policies. Re-issuing appends; it never edits an earlier issue. Anyone you hand the PDF to can check it on the public verify page.
Plans
Tracking is free on every plan — the register, what you owe and how far along you are.
